All the power the 2023 Ford F-150’s commanding engines have to offer makes it possible for this model to move quite a bit of weight. When properly equipped, the F-150 can tow up to 14,000 pounds of trailer weight.

The 2023 Ram 1500 can only manage up to 12,750 pounds, so if you’re always in charge of the biggest jobs around town, the Ford F-150 is the clear choice.

If you’re looking to leave the trailer in the garage, you can also load up the truck bed. The F-150 can manage a maximum payload of up to 3,325 pounds, while the Ram 1500 can only handle up to 2,300 pounds of payload weight. Inside the 2023 Ford F-150, you’ll find plenty of space for you and your passengers. The F-150 offers seating for up to six passengers, with 43.9 spacious inches of front legroom. The Ram 1500 also makes room for up to six passengers. You might feel the squeeze in the front seats, however, as they only provide 40.9 inches of legroom.

Both trucks offer amenities such as leather-trimmed seats and Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control. You’ll only find front seats with Active Motion^® in the F-150, however. They help reduce fatigue over long drives.

If you want to listen to your favorite tunes and whistle while you work, both models come with a similar infotainment system connected to a studio-quality sound system. The difference is that the Harman Kardon^® Premium Audio System of the Ram 1500 has only 900 watts of power, while the B&O^® Unleashed Sound System by Bang & Olufsen^®, available with the F-150, will blow you away with 1,080 watts of bass-dropping power.
